Where is the venue? How do I get an invitation letter?

The 1st Pain360 Congress was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New Congress dates and location will be announce in the Spring of 2022.

The official language of the Congress is English.

Dress Code

During the entire Congress, attire will be informal.

Guest Attendance Policy

All event activities (including educational sessions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Invitation Letters

An official personalised letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme.

Liability & Insurance

The Pain360 Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Agent for Italian Participants and Sponsors

As Organisers of the congress Pain360 taking place in Vienna, Austria from 1 to 3 December 2021, we entrust TWT srl, to collect the applications from pharmaceutical companies (participating as sponsors or exhibitors) for the Italian Ministry of Health agency (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco AIFA) procedure, in compliance with the instructions given by the Legislative Order 219 of the 24th April 2006 – art. 124.
